Delivering on our commitments to improving lives and making a lasting difference in our communities, AES Bulgaria supported the construction of the town stadium in the municipality of Galabovo by investing BGN 2 million in the project.
The new, modern stadium will significantly increase the opportunities for sporting activities for the locals. Before the stadium opens its doors, the community is currently benefiting from the modern Youth Center, which was also constructed with the support of AES Bulgaria.
The renovation of the stadium is carried out by the municipal Public Works and Cleanness company, providing additional benefits to the local economy and supporting job creation for the people in Galabovo.
Impact: The new stadium will give access to 14,000 local people to a modern facility for sports.
