AES’ TPP in Galabovo Angels’ Tree charity initiative made over 200 children happy for Christmas

For a consecutive year, on the eve of the Christmas holidays, the AES’ TPP in Galabovo employees made over 200 children in the Galabovo Municipality happy. The company organized for the 14th year in a row the voluntary initiative Angels’ Tree which provided warm clothes, shoes, and sweets for the kids from families in need.
‘I believe that the power of good is contagious and I can see it in all my colleagues’ enthusiasm to do some good and help those in need. I am delighted that this year also, AES’ TPP in Galabovo team makes the holidays of so many children happier and pleasant,’ Mariana Gerenova, Complex Manager of AES said.
‘Among the AES priorities is the care about the municipalities in the regions where the company operates. The AES Bulgaria’s CSR program for the last years amounts to over BGN 15 million. These funds are invested in various projects of public importance, supporting the well-being of the people in the regions of Galabovo and Kavarna,’ Ivan Tzankov, Managing Director of AES Bulgaria, said.
