AES Galabovo made children in Galabovo happy on the occasion of June 1st

Galabovo - For sixth consecutive year, AES Galabovo made the children in Galabovo happy with special celebrations on the occasion of June 1st – Children`s day. Over 800 children from 4 kindergartens, 4 schools and the Youth disability center in the region marked the holiday.

The beginning of the festivities was initiated by Nikolai Peychev, communications manager in AES Bulgaria and Emilia Gocheva, head expert Education in Galabovo municipality. They welcomed the children and wished them health, smiles and joy. Inflatable castle and sliding roll was provided for the entertainment of the children. There was plenty of delicious ice cream and juice from a special designated fountain. The entire day, there was music for the children.

The initiative is part of the CSR program of AES Bulgaria with total investments so far of approximately BGN 7 million. Main accents in the program are infrastructure and child care. Recently in Galabovo was initiated the construction of Youth center with total investment costs of BGN 4,4 million.
